Customers within the US will receive their first issue 4-6 weeks from the order date. Customers from Canada will receive it 5-7 weeks. International Customers will receive their first copy 6-8 weeks after the ship date of the magazine.
It depends on the magazine publications' frequency. There are monthlies, bi-monthlies (every 2 months) and quarterly (every 3 months).
Since the shipping method used is through USPS First Class, it ideally takes around 5 to 10 business days from the ship date for magazines to be received. However, there are instances specially when subscribers are outside of the US that it takes almost a month for the magazines to be received.
This is to give ample time for the production of the magazines which includes the proper labeling to ensure that it is sent to the correct subscriber. After it is labeled, it is grouped according to zip codes, then forwarded to USPS. USPS delivers it to designated postal offices for distribution to subscribers in their area of jurisdiction.
An active subscription is ensured of a regular receipt of the magazine. In any case of non receipt, customers are to call the hotline – 866-287-9383 in order to check the status of their subscription.
Yes, you can cancel your subscription. However, for paid subscriptions, only the remaining liability is refunded.
Renewal notices are sent to subscribers months prior to the expiration of the subscription. The expiration date of the subscription is also indicated in the label. It is recommended that subscribers renew their subscription three months prior to their expiration.
You cannot convert an existing Print Subscription to Digital Subscription. You need to purchase a separate subscription for digital issues. Or, if you are interested in both, you may purchase a combo of Print + Digital Subscription.
A request to cancel & process refund is sent to our Accounting Department. Account will notify the Customer Service team of the status of the request. Refund checks are received by subscribers 30-60 days from the date the check was written.
